As a Junior: Participated in eight tournaments...averaged a team-best 72.96 stroke average over 24 rounds...just the second person in program history to record a scoring average under 73...named to GCAA First Team All-South Region...earned PING/GCAA Third Team All-American honors...named the Sunshine State Conference Player of the Week three times...earned First Team All-SSC honors...notched five top-ten finishes...placed second at the Southern California Invite (3/9-10), with a 54-hole score of 225... shot a 212 to place second at the Buccaneer Invite (4/5-7)...shot a career-best 68 in the third round of the SCC Tournament (4/20-21)...shot a career-low 54-hole round of 211 at the SCC Tournament leading him to an All-SCC Tournament selection...finished the season with a fifth place finish at the NCAA Championships (5/19-22).

As a Sophomore: Played for Rick Stewart at Cape Fear Community College…led the nation with a 72.1 stroke average over 28 rounds…named a NJCAA Division I and PING/GCAA First Team All-American while also earning NJCAA Region X Player of the Year honors.

As a Freshman: Played at CFCC…was second on the team with a 76.1 stroke average…earned NJCAA All-Region X honors…played with former Fighting Knights men’s golfer Jordan Holley.

At Prior High School: Attended Northern Vance High School.

Personal Information: Born Steven Bryant Brame on August 31, 1982 in Henderson, N.C…son of Craig Brame and Anita Evans…business administration major…hobbies include flying remote control air planes and playing the guitar and piano…describes himself as honest, caring, confident and competitive…lists his favorite movie as Tin Cup and favorite band as Hootie and the Blowfish.
