At Prior University/College: Jovan played two seasons at Division I Canisius College... as a sophomore, played in 29 games and made 12 starts... ranked third on the team in scoring average with 7.1 points per game... posted double-figures in the scoring column eight times and scored a season-high 16 points against Fairfield at home (2/1) and at Manhattan (2/10)... led the Griffins with 51 three-point field goals and ranked 11th in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference in 3-point field goals per game... as a freshman, was one of three Griffs to play in all 31 games, making 15 starts... averaged 5.4 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists per contest... named MAAC Rookie of the Week (1/3) after tallying 21 points, seven rebounds and three assists in a victory at Hartford (12/29).

At Prior High School: Named First-Team All-Metro as a senior after averaging 20 points, seven rebounds and six assists a game at Boston College High School... averaged 21 points, seven rebounds and five blocks a game as a junior and helped the Eagles to a share of the Catholic Conference title.

Personal Information: Born April 29, 1988 in Boston... parents are Linda and Tillman Coy... has an older brother, Devin, and an older sister, Autumn... Jovan is working towards his MBA in Mass Communications and Media Management.
